1.Old Hong Kong Tea House Pte Ltd (OHKTH) will not disclose to any third party in any form the personal information of customers or guests who have visited our website.

2. The personal information of the customers shall only be referred to by OHKTH staff internally for the purpose of order related matters.

3. OHKTH warrants that customers who do not want to have personal information retained in OHKTH's system may request removal of customer's personal information electronic records in OHKTH system. OHKTH on receipt of the customer's request will remove the related information within 3 months.
